Can I message a provider anytime?
Yes, there is an ongoing chat with your practitioner after your appointment for any questions, concerns, and checkups.
Are the “free” scripts on the Plus Rx list really free?
Yes! The only thing you will be charged is your monthly membership fee.
What if my medications aren’t on the Plus Rx list?
If you do not have insurance, our providers will try to find you a coupon to get the scripts to you for the cheapest price possible. If you have health insurance, our providers will typically recommend you to use it.
Can I see the same provider every time?
Yes, you can always pick which provider you would like to schedule with.
Can TelAssurance replace my primary care?
No, since we are 100% virtual we cannot replace primary care entirely. This is because our practitioners cannot do yearly physical exams.
If I already have health insurance, why do I need this?
Because we are entirely virtual, we can offer the convenience of not having to go to your doctor’s office, sit in a waiting room, and possibly still have to pay out-of-pocket.
If I sign up today, when can I be seen?
You can be seen by a provider the same day. It may take up to 3 business days for you to be able to use your Plus Rx card.
