1. Respond to any questions you may send us, or
2. Communicate other information as necessary to administer this Site.
3. Provide reminders for prescription refills.

Enrollment in the TelAssurance Plus Rx or their affiliates alert systems may require a  patient to provide his or her own email and mobile phone number with an area code within  the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and to provide timely updates to changes  in this information by contacting TelAssurance Plus Rx.

Such alerts may include limited personal information about your prescriptions, and  whoever has access to the mobile phone or carrier account will also be able to see this  information. Participation in the TelAssurance Plus Rx alert systems does not indicate an  agreement of purchase for any items and is intended only to enhance your health care and  prescription adherence.

You may opt out of these alerts at any time.

Please note that when you contact us by email, such communication may not be entirely  secure because it travels over unsecured communication lines. As a result, you should not  provide us with confidential or personal information via email.

WAIVER

Any waiver by TelAssurance Plus Rx must be express and in writing, must be directed  specifically by TelAssurance Plus Rx to you, and must be signed by a duly authorized  representative of TelAssurance Plus Rx. TelAssurance Plus Rx failure to enforce any  provision of these Terms of Use or to respond to a breach by you or third parties shall not  in any way limit or waive its right to do so, including without limitation its right to enforce  subsequently any provision of these Terms of Use, or to assert its rights with respect to the  same or similar breaches.

SEVERABILITY
